Support and assist adoptees and adoptive families in order to foster domestic adoption and aid adoptees to grow up as a sound member of the society on the base of child centered adoption culture.
The National Center for Missing Children supports families and missing children by providing treatment services and counseling for adaptation of missing children after their return. The national center for missing children is also in charge of survey and research projects related to missing children, education and promotion to prevent its occurrence, and establishing and operating a database related to missing children.
