Adoption and post-adoption services
Post-adoption services to ensure adoption remains child-centered and reflects children’s interests
The NCRC pursues child-centered adoption services and provides post-adoption services to protect the best interests of the child.

Research on adoption policy
- Creating reports on compliance with the Hague Convention on Intercountry Adoption and survey of member nations on its fulfillment
- Revising the Act on Special Cases Concerning Adoption and adoption manual
Post-adoption services
- Supporting adoptees in their search for their biological parents
- Assisting internationally adopted people to gain citizenship of their adoptive country
- Post-adoption programs for adoptees and adoptive families

Educating the public about adoption
- Leading public campaigns for improving public awareness of adoption
